How it works
Make a Reading Wrapped from your Goodreads read shelf
Reading Wrapped turns a public Goodreads profile into an editable reading recap. You bring the shelf; the app helps collect book details, tidy covers, choose a year, and export a social-friendly image.
1. Paste a public Goodreads profile URL
The app reads Goodreads' public RSS feed for your read shelf. Private profiles and private shelves cannot be imported, so your Goodreads profile and read shelf need to be public before you start.
2. Review the imported books
Goodreads data can be messy. Reading Wrapped lets you filter by reading year, hide books from the export, edit titles, fill missing ISBNs, and flag possible duplicate editions before they become part of your recap.
3. Fix covers and choose the recap details
Covers come from Goodreads when available, then Open Library and Google Books lookups where possible. You can swap editions, paste a cover URL, or upload a local image during your session.
4. Export your year in books
Pick a visual style and save the result for story sharing, group chats, newsletters, or reading threads.
